Delivery Zone We currently deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under 300 AED: flat rate of 30 AED
• Orders of 300 AED and above: free shipping

Carrier All orders are shipped via Aramex.

Delivery Times Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times within the UAE may vary depending on your location. You will be notified by email once your order is on its way.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery in real time via the Aramex website.
