Return & Refund Policy – Raidlight UAE
Return Request Before sending any item back, you must first submit a return request by emailing us at contact@raidlight.com. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- With all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Items must be sent to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Raidlight UAE is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit valid for future purchases
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: socks, hydration accessories, and any item marked as final sale.
